PATTAYA, Thailand (Interstat) — Pattaya United defeated Narathiwat 2-0 on Wednesday, scoring twice in the second half to secure the home victory. After a scoreless first half, Pattaya United broke through in the 63rd minute and doubled the lead in the 71st minute. Narathiwat could not find a response and finished without a goal. The result moved Pattaya United to 1-0 in the competition and 2-1-1 across all competitions. Narathiwat fell to 0-1 in the competition and 0-1 across all competitions. Pattaya United’s previous results this season included a home loss to Khonkaen Utd., a home win over Songkhla and a draw at Muang Loei. Narathiwat’s defense held until the second half, but Pattaya United’s pressure produced the opening goal and then a second to put the match out of reach.
