Vaclav Vozak gave Hranice a 56th-minute lead, Dominik Zajac leveled for Vitkovice in the 64th, and Simon Studeny scored the 84th-minute winner. Studeny also received a yellow card in the 41st. Vitkovice’s Nieslanik T. and Diatta P. were booked in the 34th and 39th, while Hranice’s Lasak V. and Kiska J. were cautioned in the 73rd and 74th. Vozak was substituted in the 68th after his goal.
