WHYTELEAFE, England (Interstat) — Toby Aromolaran scored three goals and Palace Francis added two as Whyteleafe defeated visiting Whitehawk 5-0 on Wednesday at Church Road in Whyteleafe, Surrey. Aromolaran opened the scoring in the 5th minute, then struck again in the 49th and 73rd. Francis scored in the 25th and in second-half stoppage time. Whyteleafe controlled the match and kept Whitehawk off the scoreboard, preserving a shutout as the home side dictated play from the early stages. The home side added goals after halftime to put the result beyond doubt. The win moved Whyteleafe to 2-2 in this competition and 2-3 across all competitions. Whitehawk fell to 0-4 in the competition and 1-4 overall. Aromolaran was Whyteleafe’s top star. The result avenged a 4-1 home loss to Whitehawk earlier this season. Whyteleafe next hosts Dartford, while Whitehawk travels to Cheshunt in Isthmian League Premier Division play.
