RAZGRAD, Bulgaria (Interstat) — Ludogorets defeated visiting Arda 5-0 on Monday at Huvepharma Arena, scoring five unanswered goals. Caio Vidal opened the scoring in the 18th minute. Arda lost Georgi Nikolov to a red card in the 30th minute and played with 10 men for most of the match. Bernhard Tekpetey then struck twice before halftime, in the 44th and fourth minute of first-half stoppage time. Rwan Cruz made it 4-0 in the 56th minute, and Ivan Zhelizko completed the rout in the 86th. Cruz led Ludogorets with one goal and two assists in 78 minutes. Zhelizko scored once. Tekpetey scored twice in 56 minutes. Vidal scored once. Ludogorets also received yellow cards through Abdelmaguid H. and Caio Vidal, while Arda’s Velev V. and Lyubenov V. were booked. Ludogorets improved to 1-0 in the competition and 3-0 overall, while Arda dropped to 0-1 in the competition and 0-2 overall. The win kept Ludogorets unbeaten this season.
