Matthis Abline also scored for Monaco, and Sion Oppong scored for Toulouse and picked up a yellow card. Aleksandr Golovin supplied an assist for Monaco and was booked. Diop opened the scoring in the 29th minute, Abline doubled Monaco’s lead in the 38th, and Oppong pulled Toulouse back in the 59th. The home side held a two-goal advantage before Toulouse responded after halftime. Tengstedt helped Toulouse earn the draw. Nazinho was booked for Monaco in the 47th, Golovin in the 54th, Casseres for Toulouse in the 70th, and Oppong in stoppage time. Toulouse is now 1-2-3 in the competition and 1-3-3 overall.
