Al Wasl scores twice late to edge Khorfakkan
KHOR FAKKAN, United Arab Emirates (Interstat) — Al Wasl scored twice after halftime and defeated Khorfakkan 2-1 on Thursday at Saqr bin Mohammad al Qassimi Stadium, turning a one-goal deficit into a late win in the competition. Mehdi Taremi equalized in the 77th minute, and Soufian Bouftiny scored in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time to complete the comeback.
