STRAUME, Norway (Interstat) — Sotra and Sogndal played to a 1-1 draw Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, in an NM Cupen U19 match at Straume Stadion. Lukas Gausdal put Sogndal ahead in the eighth minute. Teodor Håland equalized for Sotra in the 50th minute. The match remained level through extra time. Both teams moved to one win, no losses and one draw in the competition and across all competitions. Gausdal, a defender, played 120 minutes and received a yellow card in the 116th minute. Jamal Deen Haruna, a Sogndal defender, also played 120 minutes. Even Hovland played 12 minutes, while Onni Helen and Lūkass Vapne each played 62 minutes for Sogndal. Håland played 76 minutes for Sotra. Daniel Tørum and Håvard Foldnes of Sotra were booked in the 85th and 90th minutes, respectively. Sogndal previously beat Fjøra FK 8-0 on Aug. 21. Sotra previously beat Frøya 6-0 on Aug. 22.
