L’ÉTRAT, France (Interstat) — St-Étienne U19 defeated visiting Borgo U19 7-0 Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, in a Championnat National U19 match at Stade Aimé Jacquet. Jediaél Mbambi, a defender and the match’s top star, scored twice in 90 minutes. Tidiane Vibert added one goal in 90 minutes. Jordan Zibi also scored twice in 54 minutes. Samuel Fuleki scored once in 36 minutes, and Noham Akil scored once in 36 minutes. Zibi opened the scoring in the 17th minute and struck again in the 33rd. Mbambi scored in the 43rd and 57th, Vibert in the 67th, Akil in the 73rd and Fuleki in the 85th. Borgo U19’s Pierre Lovichi was booked in the 31st and Lisandru Vittini in the 43rd. St-Étienne U19’s Dawoud Assoumani was booked in first-half stoppage time. St-Étienne U19 improved to one win, two losses and one draw overall and in competition. Borgo U19 fell to zero wins, three losses and one draw overall and in competition. St-Étienne U19 next travels to Colomiers U19 on Sept. 20.
