Both teams finished with zero goals. Xelajú moved to 3-1-2 in the competition and across all competitions, while Cobán is now 1-5-2 in the competition and overall. Xelajú entered after a win at Marquense on Sept. 6. Cobán entered after a home loss to Guastatoya on Sept. 6. Yellow cards went to Xelajú’s Elmer Cardoza in the 34th minute, Cobán’s William Amaya in the 55th, Cobán’s Uri Amaral and Xelajú’s Yilton Díaz Loboa in the 62nd, Xelajú’s Ernesto Monreal in the 68th, and Xelajú’s Javier González in the 86th. The match included six yellow cards, four for Xelajú and two for Cobán. Xelajú next visits Guastatoya on Monday, Sept. 14. Cobán hosts Comunicaciones on Sunday, Sept. 13.
