CUMBERNAULD, Scotland (Interstat) — Katie Wilkinson scored four goals and Rangers rolled to a 7-0 victory over Spartans WFC on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, in Scottish Women’s Premier League 1 play at Broadwood Stadium. Wilkinson struck in the 15th, 16th, 22nd and 58th minutes. Robyn Mccafferty opened the scoring in the sixth minute, Calliste Brookshire added a goal in the 20th and Laura Berry finished in the 77th. Spartans WFC did not score. Bailley Collins of Spartans received a yellow card in the 29th minute. Rangers improved to 1-0 in SWPL 1 and across all competitions after opening with a 4-1 win over Montrose. Spartans dropped to 0-1-1 in both SWPL 1 and all competitions after drawing 1-1 with Partick Thistle in their opener. Rangers next play at Heart of Midlothian on Aug. 29, while Spartans travel to Glasgow City the same day. The result came at Broadwood Stadium in Cumbernauld, with Rangers as the home side.
