Riquelme scored in the 45th minute to give the home side the lead. Valentin Toifl equalized for the visitors in the 49th minute. Marco Hausjell netted the decisive goal in the 86th minute. Yellow cards were issued to Oghenetejiri Adejenughure in the 21st minute, Julian Roider in the 34th, Noel Polonkai in the 71st, David Ewemade in the 81st and Marcel Moswitzer in the 90th. Liefering improved to 1-0 in the 2. Liga and in all competitions. Young Violets Austria Wien fell to 0-1 in the league and across all competitions. Liefering’s previous result this season was a 2-2 draw at First Vienna on Aug. 15. The two teams are scheduled to meet again April 1, 2027, at Young Violets Austria Wien’s home ground.
