BTS Neustadt vs Sebaldsbrueck

NEUSTADT, Germany (Interstat) — BTS Neustadt hosts Sebaldsbrueck on Friday in an Oberliga matchup that pits a team on an upward trajectory against one in a steep decline.

The game, scheduled for May 15, 2026, features Neustadt as a heavy favorite, with statistical projections from Interstat’s game simulator forecasting a 6-3 victory for the home side. Interstat’s ELO system gives Neustadt an 85.10 percent probability of winning.

BTS Neustadt enters the contest with momentum. In their most recent outing Saturday, they defeated Brinkumer SV 3-1. That victory followed a 4-1 win at FC Union 60 Bremen on April 25 and a 2-1 result against Vatan Sport on May 2. Neustadt has won four of its last five matches, with the only blemish being a 5-2 loss at OSC Bremerhaven on May 5.

Sebaldsbrueck, by contrast, arrives in poor form. The visitors were routed 7-1 at Eiche Horn on May 7, part of a stretch in which they have lost 10 of their last 11 contests. The lone win came April 2, a 2-1 result at ESC Geestemuende. Since then, Sebaldsbrueck has suffered consecutive defeats to Habenhauser FV (2-0), Leher TS (5-2) and Eiche Horn. The club has been outscored 23-4 over its last four matches.

The teams met most recently Nov. 30, 2025, when Neustadt won 4-2 at Sebaldsbrueck. Sebaldsbrueck’s defensive struggles are well-documented this season. They have allowed seven or more goals in three separate matches, including a 7-0 loss to Brinkumer SV on March 15 and a 7-3 defeat to Hemelingen on Dec. 13.

Neustadt’s offense has been productive. The club scored four goals in back-to-back wins over FC Union 60 Bremen and ESC Geestemuende in March and April, and netted six in a 6-1 win over Habenhauser FV on March 14.

The Oberliga game is scheduled for a 7 p.m. local kickoff.
