Bidco Utd vs Kariobangi Sharks

NAIROBI, Kenya (Interstat) — Bidco United will attempt to halt a five-match winless skid Sunday when it hosts Kariobangi Sharks in an FKF Premier League match.

Bidco (1-3-6 in its last 10) is coming off a 1-1 draw at Posta Rangers on April 24. The club has not won since a 2-2 draw with Mara Sugar FC on Feb. 26, a stretch of five games that includes three shutout losses and a 4-1 drubbing by Homeboyz.

Kariobangi Sharks (3-2-5 in its last 10) enters on a higher note, having shut out Murang’a SEAL 1-0 on April 25. That victory was only the team’s second in its last seven matches, but three of its last five wins have come by 1-0 scores. The Sharks have posted three clean sheets during that span.

The teams met once this season, with Kariobangi taking a 1-0 home victory on Dec. 18, 2025.

Interstat’s game simulator projects a 1-1 draw.

Kariobangi’s recent form has been erratic. After a 2-1 win at Shabana on March 15, the Sharks lost four of their next five — including a 2-1 defeat at home to Posta Rangers and a 1-0 loss to last-place Mara Sugar FC — before the win over Murang’a SEAL.

Bidco’s struggles are similarly extended. The club has managed only one victory in 13 matches since a 1-1 draw with Kenya Commercial Bank FC on Feb. 15, and its attack has been shut out in three of its last five outings. The 3-0 loss at Mathare United on April 18 was its heaviest defeat of that stretch.

The match is the first of a difficult week for both sides. Bidco visits Tusker FC on May 10, then hosts Shabana on May 15 before a quick turnaround against Murang’a SEAL on May 16. Kariobangi hosts Nairobi United FC on May 9 before traveling to Homeboyz on May 16.
