RABAT, Morocco (Interstat) — Fath Union Rabat and Ittihad Tanger played to a 1-1 draw Wednesday in a Botola Pro match at Stade Prince Héritier Moulay Hassan.

Zakaria Kiani scored first for Ittihad Tanger in the 16th minute, finishing a right-footed shot. Fath Union Rabat equalized in the 87th minute when midfielder Salah Eddine Benyachou scored a right-footed goal. Defenders Yassine Amhih and Salah-Eddine Cofi each recorded an assist, as did substitutes Anass Lamrabat, Jaouad Rhabra and Papa Magueye Gaye.

The match featured five yellow cards: Jaouad Rhabra in the second minute, Yassine Amhih in the 15th, Anass Lamrabat in the 25th, Salah-Eddine Cofi in the 37th and Papa Magueye Gaye in the 53rd.

Both teams opened their league campaigns with identical records: zero wins, zero losses and one draw in Botola Pro competition, as well as across all competitions.
