IĞDIR, Turkiye (Interstat) — Iğdır FK and Amed Sportif played to a 3-3 draw Saturday in a 1. Lig match at Iğdır Şehir Stadyumu.

Moryké Fofana opened the scoring for Amed in the sixth minute, but Hasan Ali Kaldırım equalized for Iğdır in the 19th. Mbaye Diagne put Amed ahead in first-half stoppage time, then Diaa Sabi’a leveled for Iğdır in the 49th minute. Atakan Çankaya scored the final goal for Amed in the 80th minute, completing a 3-3 draw. Diagne finished with two goals, while Çankaya contributed a goal and an assist.

Both teams opened their seasons with a draw, holding identical 0-0-1 records in league and all competitions. Nine players received yellow cards, including Güray Vural, Marius Doh, Ahmet Engin, Atakan Çankaya, Leandro Bacuna, Florian Loshaj, Ryan Mendes, Gianni Bruno and Emrah Başsan.
