KRUŠEVAC, Serbia (Interstat) — Radnički Niš defeated Napred Markovac 1-0 on Sunday at Stadion Mladost in a Serbian Super Liga match. The visitors broke a scoreless deadlock in the second half to secure the win.

Radnički Niš improved to 11-14-6 in league play and 13-14-6 across all competitions. Napred Markovac fell to 2-22-7 in the Super Liga, matching its overall record.

The result extended Radnički Niš’s recent dominance in the series. The club had won both previous head-to-head meetings this season, including a 4-2 victory Feb. 14 and a 3-0 win Sept. 14. The win also snapped a two-game winless streak for Radnički Niš, which entered after a 2-0 loss at IMT Novi Beograd and a 3-2 win at Javor Ivanjica.

Napred Markovac, last in the league standings, has lost six straight matches, most recently a 4-0 defeat at Javor Ivanjica on April 27.

Radnički Niš next hosts Mladost Lucani on May 10. Napred Markovac travels to Spartak Subotica the same day.
