FSV Stadeln 1958 vs ATSV Erlangen

STADELN, Germany (Interstat) — FSV Stadeln 1958 hosts ATSV Erlangen on Saturday, April 25, 2026, in an Oberliga matchup that pits two struggling clubs against each other.

ATSV Erlangen enters the contest after a 4-2 defeat to Cham on Tuesday. The loss extended a stretch of inconsistent form for the visitors, who have alternated wins and losses over their past six matches. Erlangen has dropped three of its last four, including a 2-0 setback at Weiden on April 2. The club’s lone bright spot in that span was a 2-1 home victory over Grossschwarzenlohe on April 17.

Erlangen’s overall season record features six losses and three draws in its past 10 outings. The team has struggled to generate offense, scoring one goal or fewer in seven of those contests. Recent close calls include a 1-1 draw at FC Eintracht Bamberg 2010 on April 11 and a 2-2 tie with Fortuna Regensburg on March 21.

FSV Stadeln 1958 also is coming off a defeat, falling 5-3 at home to FC Coburg on Tuesday. Stadeln has lost nine of its past 10 matches, with the lone positive result a scoreless draw against Ingolstadt II on Feb. 28. The team has been outscored 37-6 over that stretch.

Saturday’s game marks the second meeting between the clubs this season. Erlangen won the first encounter 1-0 at home on Oct. 10, 2025.

Both teams are looking to reverse recent trends. Stadeln has not won since a 4-0 victory over Neumarkt on Oct. 4, 2025 — a span of 13 matches. The club has been shut out five times this season.

Erlangen’s record includes a 3-2 win at Neumarkt on April 6, but the team has been prone to defensive lapses, allowing three or more goals in three of its past 10 games.

Interstat’s game simulator projects a 1-1 draw. The ELO system gives Erlangen a 54.20 percent probability of winning.

Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. local time.
