Strefezza, a midfielder, was the most influential player on the field, contributing directly to two of Roma’s three goals. Malen’s brace from the bench provided a crucial early spark. Keita’s late strike effectively sealed the result. Troilo and Britschgi each set up goals from the defensive line, though Britschgi’s afternoon was marred by his expulsion.

Parma pushed forward after Rensch’s goal in stoppage time but could not find an equalizer before Britschgi’s red card reduced the hosts to 10 men.

The victory continued Roma’s strong form in Serie A, where they have now won three of their past four league matches. Parma, meanwhile, have struggled, with only two wins in their last six league outings.

Attendance figures were not immediately available.

Roma’s season record across all competitions now stands at 40 wins, 22 losses and 17 draws. Parma’s overall record is 14 wins, 17 losses and 15 draws.

The match featured a total of four yellow cards and one red card. The officials did not issue any penalty kicks.

The game was played under clear skies with mild temperatures.

Malen’s two goals were his first of the match, giving him a multiple-goal performance. Strefezza’s goal was his fifth of the league season. Keita’s goal was his third.
