HSC ’21 hosts SV TEC in Derde Divisie clash Sunday

HSC ’21 will look to snap a string of poor results when it hosts SV TEC on Sunday, April 26, in a Derde Divisie match at its home ground.

SV TEC enters the fixture with a slight edge in recent form and holds a 3-1 victory over HSC ’21 from Nov. 23, 2025, the most recent head-to-head meeting. The Interstat game simulator projects a 2-1 win for the visitors.

SV TEC (2-4-4 in its last 10 league matches) is coming off a 1-1 draw at home against Huizen on March 28. Before that, the team lost 3-1 at Eemdijk on March 21 but earned a 3-2 win over Sparta Nijkerk on March 14. SV TEC also suffered defeats to SV DVS ’33 (1-0), Hoogeveen (3-0) and VV DOVO (3-1) in recent weeks, though it did record a 5-2 victory at SV Urk on Jan. 31. The club’s only other win in that span came against Harkemase Boys on Feb. 14.

HSC ’21 (1-1-8 in its last 10) has struggled considerably. The team lost 3-0 at home to SV Excelsior’31 on March 21, a result that followed a 5-1 defeat at Sportlust ’46 and a 2-1 loss at ADO ’20. HSC ’21 has managed just one win in its past 10 matches (Interstat) — a 4-1 home victory over Eemdijk on Feb. 7. Other recent results include a 2-0 loss to SC Genemuiden, a 2-0 defeat at Huizen, a scoreless draw with VV DOVO, and a 7-0 thrashing at Sparta Nijkerk on Jan. 31.

The clubs are meeting in the third-tier Derde Divisie, the fourth level of Dutch football. Sunday’s match is scheduled to kick off at 2 p.m. local time.
