SINGIDA, Tanzania (Interstat) — The Ligi kuu Bara schedule features a Tuesday matchup as Singida Black Stars host Pamba Jiji on May 5, 2026.

Singida Black Stars enter the contest following a 2-1 loss at Coastal Union on Saturday. The defeat snapped a run of mixed results for the home side, which had posted a win over Kinondoni Municipal Council FC (1-0 on April 8) and a draw against Mashujaa FC (1-1 on April 16) in its two previous matches. Overall this season, Singida has struggled for consistency, with notable losses to top-tier opponents including Young Africans SC (3-0 on March 5) and Simba (2-1 on March 11), but also recorded victories against Tanzania Prisons (2-1 on March 18) and Mbeya City (4-1 on March 15).

Pamba Jiji arrives in better recent form, having defeated Singida Fountain Gate FC 2-1 on April 30. That victory ended a difficult stretch for the visitors, who had lost 1-0 to TRA United SC on April 17 and been shut out 3-0 by Young Africans SC on April 8. Pamba Jiji’s season has been marked by defensive struggles, though the team has shown resilience in draws against Simba (1-1 on March 19) and Azam FC (2-2 on March 2). The visitors also notched a 3-0 win over Coastal Union on Feb. 6 and a 1-0 victory against Namungo on Feb. 10.

The teams met most recently on Nov. 8, 2025, playing to a 1-1 draw at Pamba Jiji.

Interstat’s game simulator projects a 1-0 victory for Singida Black Stars.

Looking ahead, Singida faces Mtibwa Sugar on Saturday, followed by a home match against Namungo on May 12 and a trip to Simba on May 20. Pamba Jiji’s schedule is compressed, with a home game against Mtibwa Sugar on Wednesday, then matches against Dodoma Jiji on May 10 and Mbeya City on May 14.

Kickoff is set for Tuesday evening.
