DIBBA AL-FUJAIRAH, United Arab Emirates (Interstat) — Dibba SCC defeated Al Bataeh CSC 2-1 on Tuesday in an Arabian Gulf League match at Dibba Club Stadium. Saymon Cabral opened the scoring in the 71st minute with a right-footed shot. Marwan Fahad added a header in the 80th minute for the home side. Al Bataeh’s lone goal came in the 85th minute from midfielder Carlinhos.

Dibba’s Carlinhos also contributed a goal in the victory. Defenders Khaled Abdulla and Abdulla Saeed each recorded an assist. The match featured several yellow cards: Khaled Abdulla in first-half stoppage time, Oumar Keita in the 61st minute, Abdulla Saeed and Mohammad Juma Eid in the 64th, and Andrigo in the 90th.

The win improved Dibba SCC’s record to 1-0 in league play and across all competitions. Al Bataeh CSC fell to 0-1 in both the league and its overall season.
