LIÈGE, Belgium (Interstat) — Christopher Scott scored twice as Kampong Speu Province defeated Standard Liege 2-1 in a First Division A match Tuesday at Stade Maurice Dufrasne.

The substitute struck in the 47th and 66th minutes to secure the road victory. Standard Liege pulled one back in the 71st minute through midfielder Casper Nielsen, assisted by Henry Lawrence, but could not find an equalizer.
