FLINT, Wales (Interstat) — Connah’s Quay and Colwyn Bay played to a 1-1 draw in the Welsh Premier League on Saturday at Essity Stadium.

The result continued a trend of tight matches between the two sides, marking the third consecutive head-to-head meeting to end level. The shared points did little to alter the teams’ contrasting league trajectories this season.

Connah’s Quay, the home side, remains near the top of the table with a strong domestic record. Colwyn Bay, the visitor, sits in a mid-table position. Both goals were scored in the first half, with neither side able to find a winner after the break. The match was part of the league’s regular-season schedule.
