SZCZECIN, Poland (Interstat) — Filip Čuić scored in the 31st minute and Marcel Wędrychowski answered with an equalizer in the seventh minute of second-half stoppage time as Pogon Szczecin and GKS Katowice drew 1-1 on Saturday in an Ekstraklasa match at Stadion Miejski im. Floriana Krygiera.

Čuić, a forward, opened the scoring for the home side. Wędrychowski, a substitute, netted the late goal to salvage a point for the visitors. Rafał Strączek, also a substitute, assisted on the equalizer. Defender Benjamin Mendy, midfielder Jan Biegański and substitute Alan Czerwiński each recorded an assist.

GKS Katowice’s Krzysztof Kamiński received a red card in the second minute of stoppage time. Four yellow cards were issued: Biegański in the 42nd minute, Strączek in first-half stoppage time, Mendy in the 51st and Czerwiński in the 61st.
