CELJE, Slovenia (Interstat) — Celje U19 will host Krka U19 on Wednesday, April 29, in a 1. Mladinska Liga match. The game is set for a 7 p.m. local kickoff.

Celje enters the contest riding a wave of success. The club has won nine of its last 10 matches, with its only blemish a 2-1 loss to NK Zeleznicar Maribor on Feb. 21. In the most recent outing, Celje defeated Brezice 4-2 on April 24. Over that 10-game stretch, Celje has outscored opponents 34-10, including a 4-1 win over NK Fužinar Ravne U19 on April 13 and a 3-0 shutout of Koper U19 on April 6.

Krka U19 is headed in the opposite direction. The visiting side has lost nine of its last 10 matches. The lone win in that span was a 3-1 decision over Brezice on Nov. 25. In its most recent game on April 25, Krka fell 1-0 at home to Radomlje. Over the same 10-game period, Krka has been outscored 26-8, with defeats including a 4-0 loss to Ilir Ljubljana U19 on Dec. 8 and a 4-1 loss to NK Rudar Velenje U19 on March 1.

The teams last met on Oct. 25 of last year, when Celje recorded a 3-0 victory at Krka.
