VORA, Albania (Interstat) — AF Elbasani visits Vora on Saturday in an Albania 1st Division matchup that carries playoff implications.

Kickoff is set for Saturday at a venue to be announced.

The visitors have won both meetings this season: a 2-1 victory Feb. 21 in Elbasan and a 1-0 decision Dec. 13 in Vora. AF Elbasani enters the game with momentum after a 3-1 home win over Vllaznia Shkoder on April 27. That result extended the team’s strong run, with five wins in its last seven matches.

In that stretch, AF Elbasani also defeated Teuta Durres 2-1 on April 18 and Partizani Tirana 3-0 on April 13. The lone loss came April 4, a 4-1 defeat at FC Dinamo City. Other recent results include a scoreless draw at Egnatia Rrogozhine on March 20, a 2-1 win at Flamurtari on March 14, a 1-0 victory at KF Tirana on March 8 and a 1-1 draw at Bylis on Feb. 28. The squad also beat Vora 2-1 on Feb. 21, lost 2-1 at Vllaznia Shkoder on Feb. 15 and won 2-1 at Teuta Durres on Feb. 6.

Vora enters Saturday after a 2-0 win at Egnatia Rrogozhine on April 26. The result snapped a three-game winless streak. Vora had drawn 0-0 at home against Vllaznia Shkoder on April 18 and 1-1 at Flamurtari on April 11 before beating Teuta Durres 1-0 on April 5.

Those results followed a 3-0 loss at KF Tirana on March 22, a 2-2 home draw with Partizani Tirana on March 15 and a 1-0 loss at Bylis on March 8.
