SKOPJE, North Macedonia (Interstat) — Vardar delivered a commanding performance Saturday, overwhelming Shkupi 7-0 in a First League match at Trening Centar Petar Miloševski 2.

Goran Zakarić opened the scoring in the 10th minute. David Babunski and Endrit Rustemi added goals just before halftime, with Rustemi scoring in the third minute of stoppage time. The second half saw Dimitar Todorovski, Stefan Cvetković, Ediz Spahiu and Azer Omeragikj complete the rout. The lopsided result defied a pregame statistical projection of a draw, instead highlighting the stark contrast between the sides. Vardar improved its strong league record to 19 wins, five draws and two losses. Shkupi remained winless in the competition through 25 matches.
