ROGOZHINË, Albania (Interstat) — Turkey’s under-19 women’s national team delivered a commanding performance Thursday, overwhelming Liechtenstein 6-0 in a UEFA U19 Championship qualification match at Egnatia Arena.

The hosts scored twice within the first five minutes, with Ecemnur Öztürk and Yaren Ersen setting an immediate tone. Miray Ayhan, Zeliya Şengül, Yaren Beyazgul and Zeynep Bilir added goals in a comprehensive victory that far exceeded statistical projections. A pregame simulator had predicted a 2-0 Turkey win.

The result opens Group play in European qualification, giving Turkey a winning start while Liechtenstein seeks its first points. The match was played in Albania at a neutral venue.
