Preview: Rakhine Utd Hosts ISPE in Myanmar National League Clash

YANGON, Myanmar (Interstat) — Rakhine United will host ISPE on Monday in a Myanmar National League match with both sides seeking consistency as the season progresses.

The matchup at Rakhine’s home venue comes after a recent head-to-head result that heavily favors the visitors. ISPE defeated Rakhine United 4-1 in their last meeting on Nov. 3, 2025.

ISPE (3-7-2) enters with momentum from a 2-1 home victory over Dagon Port FC on March 11. However, their form has been volatile. That win was preceded by a 2-1 loss at Thitsar Arman and a 6-1 home defeat to Shan United. Their season includes heavy losses to top sides but also a 5-2 win over Yarmanya United in December.

Rakhine United (3-4-5) is looking to bounce back from a scoreless draw at Hantharwady United on March 11. Prior to that, they fell 5-3 at Dagon Port FC on March 6. Their season has been marked by defensive struggles, conceding multiple goals in several matches, though they secured a 2-0 win at Yadanarbon in early February.
