Sariyer Dominates Early, Routs Serik 3‑0 in Turkish 1. Lig Match at Home

ISTANBUL (Interstat) — Sariyer scored three goals in the opening 20 minutes to secure a decisive 3-0 victory over Serik in a Turkish 1. Lig match Saturday at Yusuf Ziya Öniş Stadyumu.

Malaly Dembélé opened the scoring in the ninth minute. André Biyogho Poko added a second goal three minutes later, and Emeka Friday Eze completed the early barrage in the 20th minute. The result avenged a 3-0 loss to Serik in the reverse fixture last November.

Serik, which saw Caner Cavlan and Anıl Koç receive yellow cards, was held scoreless. The outcome defied a pregame projection of a 1-1 draw by Interstat, whose system heavily favored Sariyer. Sariyer improved its league record to 12 wins, 15 losses and seven draws. Serik fell to 9-18-5.
