OSLO, Norway (March 19, 2026) (Interstat) — KFUM defeated Fredrikstad 3-2 in a NM Cupen U19 match Thursday at KFUM Arena, overcoming an early deficit with a strong second-half performance.

Fredrikstad’s Jonas Hjorth opened the scoring just a minute into the match, but KFUM’s Tore André Sørås equalized two minutes later. Sondre Sørløkk then gave KFUM a 2-1 lead in the 22nd minute and extended it with his second goal in the 54th. Fredrikstad’s Bjørn Martin Kristensen pulled one back in the 65th minute, but KFUM held on for the victory.

The result defied a pre-match projection from Interstat, whose simulator had predicted a 1-0 win for KFUM. Its ELO system had given the home side a 71.5% probability to win.
