INNSBRUCK, Austria (Interstat) — WSG Tirol earned a 3-1 victory over Wolfsberger in the Austrian Bundesliga on Saturday at Tivoli Stadion Tirol.

Wolfsberger substitute Jessic Ngankam opened the scoring in the ninth minute. The home side equalized in the 77th minute through forward Ademola Ola-Adebomi. Midfielder Moritz Wels secured the win for WSG Tirol with a goal in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time. Midfielder Valentino Müller also scored for the hosts.

The result improved WSG Tirol’s Bundesliga record to nine wins, 10 losses and four draws. Wolfsberger’s league mark fell to eight wins, 12 losses and six draws. The outcome contradicted pregame projections that favored the visitors.
