SILKEBORG, Denmark (Interstat) — Substitute Jonatan Lindekilde scored twice in the final 15 minutes to rescue a 2-2 draw for Silkeborg against Fredericia in a Danish Superliga match Sunday at JYSK Park.

Fredericia took a commanding first-half lead with goals from Callum McCowatt in the 23rd minute and Tonni Adamsen in the 29th. Oliver Ross received a yellow card for Fredericia in the 33rd minute.

Lindekilde entered the match and sparked the comeback, scoring in the 78th minute before netting the dramatic equalizer in the third minute of second-half stoppage time. The result left both teams with a draw in their first Superliga outing of the season, defying pre-match projections that heavily favored a Silkeborg victory.
