IRBID, Jordan (Interstat) — Ittihad Al Ramtha and Al Wehdat SC played to a 1-1 draw in a Jordanian League match Sunday at Al Hasan Stadium.

Al Wehdat forward Hamza Al Daradreh opened the scoring in the 12th minute with a right-footed finish. The home side equalized just before halftime, with substitute Mohammad Ratib heading in a service from defender Ahmad El Mughrabi in the 49th minute.

El Mughrabi received a yellow card in the 40th minute. The result left both teams with identical records in league play: no wins, no losses and one draw. The match defied a pregame statistical projection that favored Ittihad Al Ramtha to win.
