Entebbe vs Uganda Revenue Authority FC

ENTEBBE, Uganda (Interstat) — Entebbe will look to complete a season sweep of Uganda Revenue Authority FC when the sides meet in a Ugandan Super League fixture on Saturday.

The match at a venue to be announced pits a home side in strong form against a visiting team desperate to reverse a recent trend in the head-to-head series.

Entebbe (10-4-5) secured a 1-0 victory over URA FC in the reverse fixture on Jan. 13. Interstat’s game simulator projects an identical 1-0 result for the hosts this weekend.

Entering the match, Entebbe is coming off a 2-0 road loss to Kitara on Tuesday, which snapped a five-match unbeaten streak in league play. Prior to that, Entebbe had won three of its last four, including notable victories over Mbarara City and KCCA.

URA FC (5-7-7) arrives with momentum from a 2-0 home win over Mbarara City on Wednesday. However, its form has been inconsistent. That victory was its first in six league matches, a stretch that included four draws and a loss.

The tax collectors have struggled for goals, failing to score in seven of their last 10 outings. Their 7-3 win over Buhimba United Saints FC in late November remains a stark outlier in a season defined by offensive frustration.

Historically, this matchup has been tight. Beyond January’s result, four of the last six meetings have been decided by a single goal or ended level.

In the table, Entebbe will aim to solidify its position among the league’s upper tier, while URA FC seeks to climb from the middle of the pack. The visitors will be particularly motivated to avenge their January defeat and prove their midweek scoring outburst was a turning point.
