DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania (Interstat) — Azam FC delivered a commanding 3-0 victory over Mtibwa Sugar in a Ligi kuu Bara match Wednesday at the Azam Football Club Sports Complex.

Forward Jean-Jacques Ngita led the home side with two goals, including a strike in the 19th minute and another in the 59th. Midfielder Feisal Salum opened the scoring just two minutes into the match with a headed goal. The result was fueled by assists from four different substitutes and defender Ashrafu Kibeku.

The win extends Azam FC’s undefeated run in the domestic league to 13 matches this season. Mtibwa Sugar, which received five yellow cards in a physical second half, has now lost three consecutive league games. Azam FC next plays at Mashujaa FC on Sunday.
