PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (Feb. 21, 2026) (Interstat) — Visakha opened its C-League campaign with a 2-1 victory over Phnom Penh Crown on Saturday at Smart RSN Stadium, defying pre-match projections. The home side took the lead in the 14th minute on a headed goal from defender Chhin Vennin. Forward Maksym Priadun doubled the advantage with a right-footed strike just before halftime. Phnom Penh Crown, which had been favored by statistical models to win, found a late consolation goal through substitute Scott Allardice. The result gives Visakha a winning start to the domestic season while handing the visiting Crown a loss in its first match.
