ISTANBUL (Interstat) — Sariyer delivered a dominant 5-0 victory over Adana Demirspor in a Turkish 1. Lig match Monday at Yusuf Ziya Öniş Stadyumu.

The hosts scored twice in the opening nine minutes, with forward Enver Kulašin finding the net in the seventh minute and defender Cebrail Karayel adding another two minutes later. Midfielders Marcos Silva and Batuhan Kör extended the lead to 4-0 by the 30th minute, before Aytaç Kara completed the scoring in the 72nd.

Adana Demirspor’s defeat was compounded by a red card shown to Murat Eser in first-half stoppage time. The club remains winless in 27 league matches this season. Sariyer improved to a mid-table record with the result, which far exceeded a statistical projection of a 1-1 draw.
