BOLU, Turkiye (Interstat) — Boluspor earned a 2-0 victory over Sakaryaspor in a 1. Lig match Sunday at Bolu Atatürk Stadyumu.

Doğan Davas broke a scoreless deadlock with a goal in the 61st minute. Substitute Devran Şenyurt sealed the win in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time. Key assists came from substitutes Serkan Yavuz and Dimitrios Kolovetsios.

The match was contentious, featuring six yellow cards. Kolovetsios was booked just before his assist, and Şenyurt received a card following his goal.

The result improves Boluspor’s strong league record, while Sakaryaspor’s struggles continue. The outcome diverged from a statistical projection that had favored a draw.
