BUDAPEST, Hungary (Interstat) — BVSC and Szeged-Csanad played to a 1-1 draw Saturday in an NB II fixture at BVSC-Zugló Stadion. The result defied pregame projections that heavily favored the hosts. Roland Patrik Lehoczky opened the scoring for visiting Szeged-Csanad in the 21st minute. BVSC’s Kristóf Tóth-Gábor equalized just before halftime in the 50th minute. Neither side found a winner in the second half. The draw leaves both clubs with identical records in the competition: zero wins, zero losses and one draw to start the season. Interstat’s game simulator had accurately predicted the 1-1 scoreline, though its ELO rating system gave BVSC a 75.3 percent probability to win outright.
