HAVERFORDWEST, Wales (April 18, 2026) (Interstat) — Haverfordwest Cty delivered a stunning 6-0 victory over Llanelli Town in a Welsh Premier League match Saturday at New Bridge Meadow Stadium. The lopsided result far exceeded the pregame projection of a 2-1 win for the hosts, who were given an 88.7% probability to win by statistical models.

Daniel Hawkins led the onslaught with a first-half hat trick, scoring in the 3rd, 39th and 50th minutes. Ben Ahmun added a goal in the 12th minute, while Rhys Abbruzzese and Panashe Makwiramiti scored in the 53rd and 81st minutes, respectively. The visitors from Llanelli offered little resistance as Haverfordwest began its league campaign with a comprehensive win.
