MANAMA, Bahrain (March 12, 2026) (Interstat) — Al Riffa and Muharraq played to a 1-1 draw Thursday in a Bahrain Premier League match at Madinat ’Isa Stadium.

The result, which aligned with a Interstat game simulator projection, saw visiting Muharraq defy its pre-game favoritism. The ELO system had given Muharraq a 56.9 percent probability to win.

Dejan Georgijević opened the scoring for Muharraq in the 54th minute. Al Riffa found an equalizer later in the second half to share the points. The draw leaves both clubs with identical records of 0 wins, 0 losses and 1 draw to start the domestic season.
