DURRES, Albania (Interstat) — Vllaznia Shkoder secured a narrow 1-0 away victory over Teuta Durres in Albanian Superliga play on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026. The decisive moment came in the ninth minute when Esat Mala scored the game’s only goal at Stadiumi Niko Dovana.

The result defied pregame projections from Interstat, which gave the home side a slight probability edge and simulated a 1-1 draw. Instead, Vllaznia’s early strike held firm as Teuta failed to find an equalizer. With the win, Vllaznia Shkoder begins its Superliga campaign with a victory, while Teuta Durres starts the season with a loss.
