BAT YAM, Israel (Jan. 15, 2026) (Interstat) — A first-half goal from Christian Agu proved decisive as MS Kafr Qasim defeated MK Hapoel Kfar Saba 1-0 in a State Cup Women’s match Thursday at Bat Yam Municipal Stadium. Agu scored in the 24th minute, providing the only offense in a tightly contested game. The result defied the pre-match projection from Interstat, whose simulator had forecast a 2-1 Kafr Qasim victory. Its ELO rating system gave the home side a 62.9% probability to win. With the victory, Kafr Qasim opens its cup campaign at 1-0, while Hapoel Kfar Saba begins its season 0-1.
