(Interstat) — Preview: PSV, Den Bosch Set for KNVB Beker Women Clash

A place in the next round of the KNVB Beker Women is on the line Wednesday when PSV visits Den Bosch.

The cup match, scheduled for Jan. 14, 2026, pits a visiting PSV side in strong form against a Den Bosch team seeking consistency at home.

PSV enters the contest following a decisive 3-0 victory over GVVV on Dec. 16. Den Bosch also advanced in its previous outing, edging VV Katwijk 2-1 on the same date. However, Den Bosch’s form has been mixed this season. In its two matches prior to the Katwijk win, the club fell 1-0 at Heracles on Nov. 23 and played to a 3-3 draw with ADO Den Haag W at home on Oct. 28.

The statistical service Interstat projects a PSV victory, simulating a final score of 2-0.

The knockout format adds pressure, as a loss eliminates either team from the domestic cup competition. PSV will look to leverage its recent offensive output, while Den Bosch aims to harness the momentum from its cup win and improve its home results.

The match kicks off Wednesday under the cup’s single-elimination rules.
