GRAZ, Austria (Interstat) — Salzburg and Grazer AK 1902 W played to a 1-1 draw in an Austrian Bundesliga match Sunday at Merkur Arena.

Defender Leon Klassen opened the scoring for the hosts in the 16th minute. Salzburg’s equalizer came from substitute Karim Konaté in the 40th minute, assisted by midfielder Tobias Koch. The match grew chippy late, with three yellow cards issued in second-half stoppage time.

The result leaves Salzburg with a Bundesliga record of 9-4-6, while Grazer AK 1902 W moves to 3-8-8. The draw halted Salzburg’s winning streak in the head-to-head series after a 5-0 victory in their previous meeting last August.
