BANGKOK (Interstat) — Ratchaburi delivered a dominant 4-1 away victory over Bangkok United in Thai League 1 play on Saturday at BG Stadium.

The visitors seized control early, with substitute Njiva Rakotoharimalala scoring in the third minute and fellow substitute Denílson Júnior adding another in the 15th. Bangkok United’s task grew harder when Adisorn Promrak received a red card in first-half stoppage time.

Rivaldinho scored Ratchaburi’s third in the 65th minute before Tana, who also had an assist, completed the rout in the 92nd. All four Ratchaburi goals came from substitutes. The lopsided result defied pre-match projections that heavily favored the hosts.

The win improves Ratchaburi’s league record to 16 wins, six losses and six draws. Bangkok United falls to 11 wins, five losses and four draws.
