OURENSE, Spain (Interstat) — Substitute Mikel Jauregizar scored in extra time to deliver a 1-0 upset victory for AC Bilbao W over Ourense in the Copa del Rey Juvenil on Thursday.

The match at Estadio O Couto was a defensive stalemate through regulation, with five yellow cards issued. The breakthrough came in the 105th minute when Jauregizar, who also assisted on his own goal, found the net. The result defied pregame projections that heavily favored the home side.

With the win, AC Bilbao W begins its tournament campaign with a victory, while Ourense starts with a loss. Both clubs see their overall season records move to 1-0 and 0-1, respectively.
