THESSALONIKI, Greece (Interstat) — PAOK and AEK Athens played to a 0-0 draw in a tense Greek Super League match Sunday at Stadio Toumbas.

The result leaves first-place AEK Athens unbeaten in its last four league matches. Second-place PAOK remains undefeated in domestic league play this season.

The match was a defensive struggle with few clear chances. Eight yellow cards were issued in a physical second half, including four in a two-minute span late in the match. Key defensive performances from substitutes and defenders for both sides helped preserve the clean sheet.

The draw follows AEK Athens’ 4-0 victory over PAOK in their previous league meeting last month. A pregame statistical projection had favored AEK Athens to win.
