HERAKLION, Greece (Interstat) — OFI opened its Super League 1 season with a 3-2 victory over APO Levadeiakos on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026, at Pankritio Stadio after a frantic start and a decisive late strike.

The visitors stunned the home crowd with two goals in the first 10 minutes, as Fabricio Pedrozo and Giannis Theodosoulakis scored in the 8th and 10th minutes, respectively. OFI responded before halftime with a 37th-minute goal from Eddy Salcedo Mora.

Sebastián Palacios equalized for OFI in the 57th minute. Levan Shengelia then completed the comeback in the 76th minute, scoring the winner and adding an assist. The result defied a pregame projection that heavily favored OFI but forecast a higher-scoring win for the home side.
